This time, by printing issues. Lulu.com sent out several defective copies of the Omnibus. I don't know how many of the last dozen or so were defective, but at least two customers brought their concerns to me, and I had to contact Lulu to be sure replacement copies were sent. Lulu seems to think that it is a conversion issue, while I maintain that the real problem is that their printer does not appear to have much quality control. Lulu is very good at dealing with individual defective copies, and not very good at dealing with recurring, systemic problems. My relationship with Lulu right now is, unfortunately, bottom of the ninth, Casey steps to the plate. Things are looking rocky.
